According to the return or replacement policy, if the goods you ordered contains any problems, malfunctioning, defective or damaged (not your fault), or the product is not what you ordered, or the quantity delivered is incorrect, Return or replacement within 5 working days of the date of receipt, only if the following conditions are met:
The product must be unused and in the original state of sale
Present valid documents to prove that the product in question was purchased on this website; and
Please notify our customer service officer of the return or replacement request by phone or email within 5 working days.
Product replacement is subject to inventory supply and confirmation by both parties through negotiation.
Under no circumstances will we accept direct returns to us, or be responsible for any damages incurred by you for any reason.
